Delivery

Subject to stock availability, we will endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day. However, please note that orders must be received by 3pm in order for next day delivery. Some items may be subject to an additional carriage charge. We will let you know if this applies to your order. Delivery dates are estimates. Delivery is added in the checkout process and is subject to VAT. Orders over £150.00 will not incur a delivery charge. Please note we are unable to deliver outside of the UK. Some areas of Scotland and off-shore islands carry a surcharge, please enquire.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email us to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to us.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include customised items and software. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original postage and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color etc. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but will have to pay return postage.

Incorrect/Incomplete Orders

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of goods if they are incomplete or incorrect. You must notify us within seven days of our invoice if the goods have not been delivered.

Price, Design and Specification Changes

Since our policy is one of continuous improvement we reserve the right to alter or amend any prices, designs and specifications described on this website without prior notice.
